Many countries have holidays to celebrate the bounty of the harvest. In the United States this holiday is called Thanksgiving. It is celebrated with a big meal with family and friends. The meal traditionally includes a turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and a pumpkin pie. Eating turkey for Thanksgiving has been a tradition passed down for many generations. We will explore painting with feathers and our fingers to create a turkey. Gobble, Gobble!
