Attendees can park in the gravel lot across from the FCP Headquarters building, which is free parking. Please leave adequate time for parking and walking to the workshop.
Please note: This workshop is only available for ages 8 and above.
Over the course of 3 weeks, students will apply earlier training and practice with woodworking into the creation of a wall-mounted candy dispenser. Students will demonstrate understanding of visual and verbal directions to successfully build their candy dispenser. All materials, tools, work environment and dinner provided by CYM. Expert instruction in a trade (carpentry) provided by Lt. Corbett and Frederick City Police.
