If you decide to discontinue an enrichment program, please first inform the Enrichment Partner of your desire to discontinue and disenroll. Please note who you spoke with, the date and time. You will be expected to put that information in the form below. In order to discontinue any class, at least 30 days notice from the first of the month must be given.
