Community Coordinator

About the Role | City Youth Matrix (CYM) is seeking a part-time Community Coordinator to support family engagement, volunteer coordination, and program logistics. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about working with youth and families.
About the Role | The Development Coordinator leads all fundraising and donor engagement efforts for a midsize nonprofit, City Youth Matrix (CYM), operating on a July–June fiscal year. As the sole fundraising staff member, this role owns annual giving, donor stewardship, major gift cultivation, and fundraising reporting.
Grants Coordinator

About the Role | City Youth Matrix (CYM) is seeking an experienced and strategic Grants Coordinator to lead a critical revenue stream representing approximately 35% of organizational funding. This role is ideal for a strong writer and relationship-builder who can manage a robust grant portfolio while contributing to a long-term funding strategy.
